The ProLASER Series is specialised for cutting, engraving and etching soft to hard materials using either of the 2 types of laser we offer;

(CO₂  LASER MATERIALS- leather, fabric, mdf, ply, wood, composites, card, paper etc.)

(FIBRE LASER MATERIALS- mild & stainless steel, stone, aluminium, brass, copper, silver, gold, titanium, (most kinds of metal), di-bond, composites etc.)

Our laser cutters can cut up to a thickness up to 15mm (MACHINE MAY VARY). If you are unsure whether your material will cut on this machine, you can send us a sample and we will test it for you. Our details are at the bottom of the page in the GET IN TOUCH section.

The ProLASER-0914 has a 900x1400mm working area and uses CO2 tubes

An extraction system comes as standard with all machines to get rid of the smell and fumes from inside the machine. This runs whilst the machine is in operation and the laser is activated.

The ProLASER cutting software is easy to use and compatible with any CAD software that can export DXF, PLT, BMP, DST, AI files etc. We do include a CAD program in the package but you may prefer to use another CAD program that you have previous knowledge of.

When the design is drawn and uploaded into the ProLASER software, you can then set the cutting depth and starting point easily on the user-friendly control box. You are now able to run it and leave the machine to cut/engrave all the shapes/items. Then when the machine has finished working, simply pick up all the cut out items.
