The ProGIC Series is specialised for use in the garment and clothing industry and can be used on many different materials in order to make clothing. This includes cotton, denim, polyester, leather, wool, jersey, linen and other clothing materials up to a thickness of 20mm. The ProGIC-12009F-2H has a 12000x900mm fixed table working area with 2 heads.

Due to this machine having 2 oscillating cutting tools on the tool head, using this machine can significantly speed up your cutting processes. It can also greatly increase the amount of clothing items cut due to the multi-layer cutting feature. Even with the machines high speed cutting you still get an exact copy of your drawn design, every time. Another plus is the ability to 'nest-up' your drawn items in the software, this will reduce your waste material and save you money. This feature is perfect for leather goods, shoes and automotive manufacturing to really get the best out of expensive clothing materials.

Due to the multi tool functionality of this machine, it can eliminate multiple processes that were previously used to create the same final product. As a result, you would only need one machine rather than several. 

All of our machines come with a powerful table vacuum system, making sure that your work stays exactly where it is whilst it's being cut, routed, punched etc. In the settings on the LCD there is also a turbo-vac option so you can get extra hold on hard to keep still materials. The turbo-vac can also be sectioned on or off in certain regions of the table.

The ProCUT cutting software is easy to use and compatible with any CAD software that can export DXF or PLT files. We do include a CAD program in the package but you may prefer to use another CAD program that you have previous knowledge of.

When the design is drawn and uploaded into the ProCUT software, you can then set the cutting depth and starting point easily on the user-friendly HD LCD touchscreen. You are now able to run it and leave the machine to cut out all the shapes/items. Then when the machine has finished cutting, simply pick up all the cut out items and take away the small amount of wastage.
