The ProCAM-0906A is the smallest table cutter in the ProCAM range with a 900x600mm vacuum absorption working area with a stepper motor.

Our machines can ultimately speed up your cutting process as well as increase the amount of items cut due to multi-layering. Even with the machines high speed cutting you still get an exact copy of your drawn design, every time. Another plus is the ability to 'nest-up' your drawn items in the software, this will reduce your waste material and save you money. This feature is perfect for leather goods, shoes and automotive manufacturing to really get the best out of expensive materials.

The ProCUT cutting software is easy to use and compatible with any CAD software that can export DXF or PLT files. We do include a CAD program in the package but you may prefer to use another CAD program that you have previous knowledge of.

All of our machines come with a powerful table vacuum system, making sure that your work stays exactly where it is whilst it's being cut, routed, punched etc. In the settings on the LCD there is also a turbo-vac option so you get extra hold on hard to keep still materials. The turbo-vac can also be sectioned on or off in certain regions of the table.

When the design is drawn and uploaded into the ProCUT software, you can then set the cutting depth and starting point easily on the user-friendly HD LCD touchscreen. You are now able to run it and leave the machine to cut out all the shapes/items. Then when the machine has finished cutting, simply pick up all the cut out items and take away the small amount of wastage.

All of our brand new machinery comes with a full 12 month warranty as well as continuous support afterwards. As part of the package, you will receive 2 days extensive training and the full designing, nesting and cutting software. Also included is full 24/7 technical backup on hardware and software, and we have huge stock of tooling which is available for purchase upon request.
